Full Service Prints

Sometimes you want a little more help making a print.

Our Full Service printing is for customers who prefer to work with us directly rather than order through our online system. Bring us your files and we’ll help with print size, cropping, paper choice and other details before your photographs go into production.

Our prints are made on Fuji Crystal Archive photographic paper, digitally exposed and developed using traditional wet chemistry. This classic photographic process produces continuous tones and rich color.

Choose from three finishes: Matte, Lustre or Glossy. Paper samples are available at the lab, and you're welcome to take them home for future reference.

Standard Photographic Prints

Standard Photographic Prints include personal assistance from our front counter staff. Our printing technicians review each image and make global color and density adjustments at their discretion.

We’ll inspect your files, help determine an appropriate print size and talk through cropping or other considerations before printing. Prints are available in a selection of standard sizes up to 12×18 and are produced on our Fuji Frontier.

JPEG and TIFF files are accepted. Cropping and other file preparation may involve an additional charge.

Allow approximately 2 working days.

Proof Prints for Large Orders

Have a large number of files to print and prefer not to upload them through our online ordering system? We get it.

Proof Prints allow you to receive our Express Print pricing when submitting a batch of print-ready files directly to us.

Files should be RGB JPEGs, sized to the final print dimensions at 300 ppi and organized so they’re ready to go directly into production. All files in an order must be printed at the same size, quantity and paper surface, and every file submitted will be printed.

Proof Prints aren’t intended for files requiring individual cropping, retouching, manipulation or other preparation.

Choose Matte, Lustre or Glossy.

Allow approximately 1 working day.
