Return Address Design Specifications

Please prepare your documents as follows:

• Download and review envelope printing templates
• File size should be exactly the same size as the envelope

5x7 Envelopes: Actual Size 5.25” x 7.25”

No.10 Business Envelopes: Actual Size 4.125” x 9.5”

• For ‘Create Online’ templates with logo, size your logo at 0.9” x 0.9“
• Flattened JPG files
• 8bit
• sRGB profile
• Resolution should be 300 pixels per inch

Return Address Envelope Printing from PDF files

The above ORDER HERE link will only accept flattened JPEG files.For print ready files in PDF format please submit files via our WETRANSFER page found here. Please be sure to include your instructions in the provided area.

‍Please prepare your PDF file as follows:

• Download and review layout templates before ordering
• Include 0.1875” borders on all sides
• PDF files should NOT include crop marks
• Placed images and graphics should have Adobe 98, sRGB or Grayscale profiles embedded. (Our workflow will handle the conversion to CMYK)
• Color Output Settings should be set to ‘Include Tagged Source Profiles’
