Shipping Damage
We go the extra mile to ensure your prints and frames are carefully packaged for a safe journey. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging and contents and get in touch with us right away, including your order number. In order to submit a reimbursement claim with our carriers, we'll need photos of both the damaged product(s) and the packaging. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and ensure you get a replacement as soon as possible.
Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier. If your package goes missing, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work closely with the carrier to track it down, and if it's determined to be lost, we'll arrange for a replacement or find another solution that works for you. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office for any additional information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order enters production, changes are sometimes possible before it ships. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us right away with the details of the changes you'd like to request, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are typically listed on each product landing page, but these are just guidelines and can change based on our current workload. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend reaching out to us for confirmation on timing.
Refunds & Remakes
We do not offer refunds, but if we've made a manufacturing error on our end, we'll gladly remake your order to meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
International Orders
While international shipping can be costly, we do work with many artists who sell their works to clients worldwide. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, we encourage you to contact us first for a shipping quote before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Liability
Color Services pledges to use proper care in the handling of all customer property while in our possession. Submitting any film, print, digital media, artwork, or other material to Color Services for developing, printing, or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to a replacement with a like amount of unexposed film and developing. Color Services will not assume liability for customer-supplied materials, such as frames, artwork, samples, or other materials, beyond a replacement cost of $15.00 per square foot. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary, or agent of the film, print, artwork, or other material is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Color Services is not responsible for orders left over 60 days. Our products are not warranted against color change.

Copyright Policy
Color Services respects the intellectual property rights of others and will not reproduce any copyrighted work without permission from the copyright holder. For photographs that appear to be made by a professional, we will only proceed with copies upon receiving a written statement from the customer confirming that they understand copies must be authorized by the photographer. The customer must either be the photographer or have received explicit authorization to copy the work.
In some cases, copying or restoring a photograph for personal use may be considered reasonable, especially if the photograph is old or if circumstances suggest that the photographer or studio is unlikely to object. In these instances, all reasonable efforts must be made by the customer to obtain permission from the photographer. Any claim for use must be documented in writing by the customer.
Please note, Color Services will not make copies of any copyrighted work that shows signs of alteration under any circumstances.
Additionally, the customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Color Services from any costs, expenses, attorney's fees, or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit arising out of the unauthorized reproduction of any work at the request of the customer.
