Bring us a digital file, or bring the original. We regularly reproduce paintings, drawings and photographs, including multiple copies of the same piece.

Drop Off In Santa Barbara

Stop by Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM to talk through your project and order your prints. No appointment needed. Look through our sample book of 8″ x 10″ prints on each paper and take home free 4″ x 6″ paper samples.

Reproducing original artwork. Bring in original artwork, photographs or film negatives for scanning or digital capture. Flatbed scanning, digital capture and film scanning are priced separately from the finished prints; ask us for a quote. See also Print Scans and Film Scans.

What to Expect

Details

Fine art prints are created with care using archival pigment inks and a large format inkjet printer. These luxury prints feature a weighty, fibrous feel, vivid color and outstanding stability. Color correction is offered at no additional charge. Prints are offered borderless or with white borders.

Test prints

A 5″ x 7″ test print is included, on request, for prints ordered at 16″ x 16″ and larger. For smaller sizes, the test print fee is $15.

Turnaround

Typical in-lab turnaround is 2–3 business days.

Sizes

Standard sizes run from 5″ x 7″ to 40″ x 60″, plus panoramic sizes up to 40″ x 120″. Custom sizes are available; contact us for a quote.

If something isn't right

Your satisfaction matters to us. If a print has a production defect or doesn't match your approved printed test, we'll reprint it at no charge.

Fine Art Prints FAQ

How much do fine art prints cost?

Standard fine art prints start at $25 for a 5x7, and premium Hahnemühle prints start at $30. A second print of the same image, at the same size, on the same paper, ordered at the same time, starts at $18 on standard papers and $23 on premium papers. Sizes go up to 40x120 panoramic, and custom sizes are quoted on request. See the price tables above for every size.

What's the difference between standard and premium fine art prints?

Both are archival pigment prints. Standard prints use PremierArt and Epson papers: smooth matte, textured water color, photo glossy and photo lustre. Premium prints use Hahnemühle Photo Rag® papers, all 100% cotton: Ultra Smooth, Matte, Satin, Baryta Glossy and Metallic. You can compare them in our sample book of 8x10 prints at the lab and take home free 4x6 paper samples.

Do you offer test prints?

Yes. A 5x7 test print is included, on request, for prints ordered at 16x16 and larger. For smaller sizes, the test print fee is $15. Color correction is offered at no additional charge.

Can you reproduce my original painting, drawing or photograph?

Yes. Bring in your original artwork, photographs or film negatives and we'll scan or digitally capture them, or supply your own digital file. We regularly reproduce paintings, drawings and photographs, including multiple copies of the same piece. Scanning and digital capture are priced separately from the prints, so ask us for a quote.

How long do fine art prints take?
